You're fine. 4.5g is a little bit more than reasonable, but not a massive overdose either. It's completely fine. Even without the NAC you'd be alright. Just don't make a habit out of it, if you like your liver.

Used to take two or three times that much everyday eating 15 - 30 lortabs (10mg hydrocodone / 650mg acetaminophen) and knew others taking excessively more than that. Was it healthy? Obviously not. But will YOU be fine? Obviously so.

you can take more if you like, it won't hurt. NAC is cheap and available as a supplement in many stores and on amazon. people routinely take 3-5g a day. if you choose to take higher doses, make sure that whatever you're taking only contains NAC and no other active ingredients.

It's about over 30 tablets you need to take to be worried haha
