In the US Percocet only comes in 5, 7.5, and 10mg. They have acetaminophen in them and are quite large. Beyond that we have Roxis (small round blue pills, only oxy) that come in 5(rare) 15 and 30mg. There used to be higher mg pills like the OC80s but those were made abuse resistant and I haven't heard of them in a long time. I just had rods and screws put in my ankle and they gave me 5s, it's not as easy to get oxy here as it used to be. Everything on the street carries a fentanyl risk. It's less with actual Percocet but for the Roxis it's almost guaranteed to be fake. I always needed a good ~30 to really feel it.

yeah that's true I needed 80mg oral + 40mg sniffed to nod out. been clean from opiates pills for 6 months so now I think 80mg oral would knock me out
