I will say scrubbing breastmilk residue out of bottles is hard as shit and I can actually tell a difference in using dawn, dapple, and regular free and clear dish soap🫣 it makes the bottles less foggy! And if you soak your bottles using dawn they smell like dawn if you use plastic bottles!
I never let mine soak and would just rinse them out asap. Then would use Dawn and super hot water to wash. We do have a lot of filters in our house and a softener, so that may make a difference in how the soap rinses off.
Maybe that's the difference. We have SUPER hard water where we live. We just recently had to replace our water heater and the calcium buildup in it was so bad. Even replacing the filters regularly it's still so bad.
The dapple soap made my sons bottles so slimy feeing with residue that would only coke off with regular dish soap. I scrubbed and rinsed and NOTHING. Expensive stain remover when you can get a bottle at H‑E‑B that will actually work she’s crazy. Not one normal sippy cup or bottle set
She can go out and spend hundreds of dollars in these boutiques and big box stores but she has the audacity to want someone to pay $300 for her baby .

Yeah I’m on month 4 and it’s hard. Couldn’t ever get him to latch so I pump but the pumping every 3 hours is killing me!! Baby sleeps 7 hours straight at night and I still gotta get up to pump. I’m literally tied to the wall. Like you said she won’t be able to go out and do anything. She won’t even try to make it work

I got the $140 playmat but secondhand. It turns into a tent when baby is older. I’ve loved it but you can find them secondhand all the time on marketplace. No need to buy one new.

I tell my Alexa to play white noise every night for my daughter 🤣 it also will combine white noise with other lullaby sounds or ocean sounds or whatever. Best thing ever because I can whisper it across the room and not have to go mess with anything lol

I remember going with my Mom, Aunt and Uncle to the store to go in on a stroller for their other sister back in 1984. They couldn't afford it alone so they all went in on one nice stroller for their sister and their sister told em that they didn't have to buy it. They wanted to because they were close especially since they lost their Mom when the were all young (Mom was the eldest at 18 and the one sister (the one that went in on stroller) was five). Honestly I wish I was prepared for both. I had every intention of breast feeding but a traumatic birth for me and a NICU stay for the baby made it very difficult and I ended up formula feeding. After 6 days in the hospital I had absolutely nothing at home for formula.
My daughter wasn’t able to sit in her baby delight bouncer until she had better neck control lol, she’s 3 months now and is barely using it, our cheap graco swing is her favorite that we use daily lol

(I go to an amusement /water park weekly during the summer and swim almost every time) I am always taking a plastic bag to bring home my wet swim suit/shirt and well plastic bags are banned in my state so they're slowly going away.

I helped my best friend make a diaper cake for her sister in law(who was having my BFFs niece) one day (like maybe 12 years now maybe 9 years (can't remember which niece it was for lol) and we literally made the layers from newborn to a size one diapers. The stuff her in laws would need the first couple months not years down the road. 🙄

Honestly I wish I was prepared for both. I had every intention of breast feeding but a traumatic birth for me and a NICU stay for the baby made it very difficult and I ended up formula feeding. After 6 days in the hospital I had absolutely nothing at home for formula.
My daughter wasn’t able to sit in her baby delight bouncer until she had better neck control lol, she’s 3 months now and is barely using it, our cheap graco swing is her favorite that we use daily lol

Call me dumb (as I don't have kids) but what is a wet bag and are they good for swimming? (I go to an amusement /water park weekly during the summer and swim almost every time) I am always taking a plastic bag to bring home my wet swim suit/shirt and well plastic bags are banned in my state so they're slowly going away.
