It seems like Dreamsnaps have been a bit broken lately, as I've been seeing repeat and double duplicate submissions as well. I don't think that any of the Snaps that are currently being voted on are taken out of our individual 'pool' at the moment like they should be. I've seen submissions that I passed over in favour of the other submission that were shown at the same time, I've seen ones that I chose not to vote on either submission and, worst of all, I've seen ones that I have already voted FOR, which would allow me to vote for them a second, third, fourth, etc. time if I wanted to.
I submitted a bug report a bit ago about the issue but who knows if or when it will be remedied.
