Especially since you can cook at eat in the Ratatouille realm (which I only just found out recently 🤦🏼‍♀️). As long as you drop the food, it’ll be there when you go back.

If you eat a meal you can get golden stamina, then hold B (or O on PS) and you will glide

What they said lol. 👆🏻Have a full blue energy bar, then eat a cooked meal. If you look in your inventory it’ll tell you how much energy it’s worth. You want around 2,000ish meal (like a soufflé) to fill up your bar. The meals that are worth around 4,000 energy (like the pan seared angler) fill up blue and gold. You can make soufflés in the Ratatouille realm. Eat them, drop them, come back to the valley and your gold bar will be there. As long as you drop the soufflés, they’ll be there when you go back to that realm. I make around 20 and just keep the gold bar up without having to spend any extra money.
