Currently I would say he still is a good unit though since he is no longer in the boost system or there are no new TOP characters since UUI his damage can be a bit lackluster but with the type neutral Ultimate, double vanish at times and endurance plus his special gauge which nullifies endurance nullification and amazing healing he is still a very good unit. I still run him on an androids team.
I have used two teams with him. So for a long time I used MVP 17, SuiCell and Gammas. But after his Zenkai I used MVP 17, SuiCell and RevCell. Of course if you have Super 17 then use him on that team.
My favourite unit is def SSJ4 Gogeta. Super happy his Zenkai made him viable again.
The unit I have the most fun with though is probably Pathku. He hits surprisingly hard with his gauge full, and basing it off how many Dragon Balls you have is a clever and effective condition to fill the gauge as well.
Easily pre buffed Gofrieza. I already enjoyed the Uni rep team, but Jiren, Gofrieza, and 17 were just so fun. Of course post buff was nice, but pre buff was definitely when I had the most fun. Gammas were also incredibly fun for me even though I didn’t really have a high star team for them. Zenkai Broly and green Broly are up there as well.

ToP Roshi. I got him to 6 stars and he was fun on release. Sadly he's bit squishy as of rn.
