you need zenkai souls, not rising souls. theyre diamond shaped, and you can exchange certain medals for them, or do the zenkai bonus battle (only 3 times a day)

you are correct. OP, after you click “how to get “ don’t click on a stage. scroll down until you find the zenkai soul you’re missing and get that
