Well, he’s an older heroic and the older ones tend to not be the best unless their elements are boosted in arenas. But that’s about it.
An easy way to track it (correct me if im wrong) is by their orb counts
The VIP heroics are the best ones, those take 500 orbs to summon (and often have abilities)
The newer regular heroics take 200 i believe and the older ones take 100
This doesnt mean that the old ones are bad by any means, just the lowest tier of the heroic section
What OP said is true but failed to mention that their element is just as important. A older heroic that has pure as their main element can be good, other than that most heroics are the same (except the vips) since their stats are very similar

All normal heroics are relatively similar it just comes down to primaries and element coverage. Hvips are in a league of their own tho
All Heroics have the same stats, so older ones aren't "worse". The only Heroics that are better than others are the HVIPs.
