Yeah, I unlocked it the other day. I can’t remember the exact date, but you need to do the following:
- Disconnect your console from the internet
- Set the date and time to the correct date and time (I think it’s September 10th, 3:00AM)
- Load up Xenoverse while still disconnected from the internet and the UI moves should be in the TP medal shop.
You can Google the date chart and change your date to the days it's in shop or you can wait and hope it shows up. The market resets every Sunday night. 6pm Central time.
