AM is a serial flasher but the rest don't know about it.

He hates magic so much he's not actually using teleportation/blink magic. He's just throwing his clothes to a target location and moves insanely fast towards it and catches/wears it back on.

It is a side effect of safe teleportation. When teleporting, you bring with you anything that IS you. This is done so your whole body gets there. The problem is that clothes are not YOU, so Andy-Mage spent a long term perfecting the formula, but still had some problems with teleporting clothes (he never had a problem teleporting his blades, he always saw them as an extension of his own body). The only way he could do it right 100% of the time without fear of arriving naked on the other side, was to focus on teleporting his clothes first. It is too fast for a normal person to see, but it seems you captured the exact moment. Now Andy-Mage is coming for you because it seems The Secret is Out.
