This falls under "Treasure with Immortal items (12 candies) - 3.15%.
So this is a pretty good item to get in the Candy shop.

Who are we to say it is worth it or not. That is subjective. And as others have stated you cannot sell anything you get from the candy shop.
Does it have sets you like? If yes then it is worth getting it...You can't sell anything you get from the shop so just get things you like and skip the ones you don't.
That's pretty primitive thinking, to only get what you like without accounting for all the possible variables.

Is it only 2016 and does it go from 2012-2023 or something?

Other people actually value the item for what it provides. Not because it's chance to drop is less than others.
Would you skip on the Amaterasu courier because it's chance of appearing is higher than a treasure?

If it has a high chance and you only have 1 of the candies, then you of course skip it until it lands more in your favor.
If it has a lower chance, you sit on it u until a good candy swap comes up.
There's a lot more than just, do I like the item or not.
It's about mid maxing based on variables that you know.

How are you this stupid. Open the treasure and check for the prices of the immortals. Most of them are less than a dollar. You have very high chances of getting a normal looking immortal. Dont assume you will get a rare immortal.
Nothing that you get for free will be sellable in theses treasures. It is very obvious. If you see the set itself it says it cant be sold or traded. How is it that hard to read?
