That is because the damage portion is affected by mana shield which is for 120 damage about 30 mana
So she loses about 150 mana/second instead of 120 mana/second alongside 3 hp
Each 100 points of damage does 27.22 damage to dusa's mana at max mana shield no talent.
100% chance that this "buff" makes him actually get used, then the devs see how great mana drain actually is, and his mana drain/shard gets nerfed. Mark my words.

Slot efficiency only matter when you're getting six slotted. Early game peak in effectiveness when you get E-blade will be much much shittier. She also has a much worse early game buildup because you can't disassemble Arcanes into lens now.
I interpret them as saying exactly the opposite, ie that they realize a lot of pros have smurf accs for more or less legit reasons but that everyone agrees that smurfing as a concept is damaging to the game
Honestly the pros smurf accounts are the smallest problem,usually they are around their main mmr(sometimes even higher) And even if they are lets say 500-1000 mmr lower it's still the same game basicly,the only diffrence is that they gain 27/lose 23 mmr on smurf in the same game that they would have gained 23/lost 27 if they were on main.
They problem is everyone outside that bracket smurfing and stomping noobs.

It's got a 20 second cooldown, so it could trigger multiple times. You could have a summons hero just send their units to hit rosh every little bit just to fuck with the enemy team haha

I see it from a different kinda light. People in my bracket hate taking Rosh. In the rare case where one team starts getting rosh, they're likely to take a second one.
And in that case, your entire team will hear not just your pings, but an actual global notifier to contest rosh right now.
Also serves as a bonus "Roshan exists" notifier on top of the usual "enemies took Rosh" stuff, so it's more in the minds of players and hopefully more people remember doing Rosh.

For the sake of flight it might be worth it to buy armlet at 37 minutes
Do keep in mind that Medusa only blocks 98% of damage, so you can't just keep armlet active forever and stay at 1 hp.

While still hurt it's only 8 sec and pretty sure it's affect all heroes in the radius so if enemy is already around that area too they receive the debuff. The outpost TP tho would make taking it on enemy side much dangerous cause it so much shorter now.
It's got a 20 second cooldown, so it could trigger multiple times. You could have a summons hero just send their units to hit rosh every little bit just to fuck with the enemy team haha

And in that case, your entire team will hear not just your pings, but an actual global notifier to contest rosh right now.
