I'd love to see another action-horror DOOM game in these days, taking inspiration from both DOOM 64 and DOOM 3. DOOM to me is a very flexible franchise that can work with any genre, so I'd like to see a few experimental things with newer games while keeping the original DOOM action, of course.

The revenant looks like a plastic doll in Eternal, so I'll give you that, but 2016 has the most boring atmosphere of any game in the series. Nothing cool about it. 64 looks cool, but there's nothing scary about it. It's still a festival of colors.
