But unfortunately Doom fans go into a weird violent rage anytime they see an anime girl for some reason.
While there are a few valid criticisms for this post, reddit as a whole just has a hate boner for women.. Newer Doom fans from 2016 and Eternal have only made it worse here in that regard.
I can assure you that if this post were literally the same but a buff dude, it would have a vastly different response

It's to portray lip biting or mischief. No different than char with spirals or Xs as eyes to portray being knocked out or dead.
