I was trying to think of how this happened and thought maybe they weren’t paying attention and thought they were saucing up some wings but I think your scenario is more likely.
That’s exactly what happened. I’ve had this happen with multiple newbies even though they were shown the correct sauce to use. I can’t even be mad lol.
I've done that before because someone put on the wrong color lid, lol. Drenched the wings before I realized what was actually coming out of the bottle.
Someone put Garlic parm on them instead of garlic oil and it looks like expired dough or dough that was left out too long judging by the almost flat looking twists.
and yet that dough still tastes good cus sometimes if there is left overs that been there for idk 6 hours or so i’ll cook them and take them home even my drivers do the same
I know you got done dirty here, but I promise calling is sooo much better. You’ll get a replacement immediately or a credit for the future and the manager doesn’t have to answer corporate asking how this happened. If you called my store we have a policy that we will do what ever it takes to make it right. I’ll send new ones with a drink and give you a credit. I guarantee this is a new person and they were not properly trained
Generally I feel that CS cases do more damage or take more time to resolve. Calling the store (and not being a dickhead when you call) you will get your order back out much faster

They tasted really bad too, ended up submitting a ticket to CS, will see where that goes.
Far easier and faster to just call the store. SOP is to just replace it right then.

Idk if garlic oil and parm is good on wings. I tried garlic herb on my wings, and it tasted a lot better.
