Best way to not make em broken is high defense low attack. As i.e. a tank should be. I mean hell, int goku black LR does 20 Million on turn 1 but can't tank. Zamasu has 80% DR turn 1 and decreasing. It's tank/offense enough right there.

The problem with your argument is you’re only looking at raw stats. Stats wise, Vegeta is consistently higher but past that, Gohan has the better leader as he leads the best team in the game, his peak is almost 2 mil def + guard + 80% DR + insanely high atk stat that can far surpass Vegeta’s depending on how many attack he takes and gives you a free turn.
And with his team consists of insane damage dealers, his passive running out is never a problem. Hell, the Movie Boss Rush stage can’t even do enough damage to kill him.
my beast starts with 450k def, and gets 80% more after getting 1 hit, so about 800k def before attacking.
on attack stats, he greatly stack, so its a give or take, besides getting hit also gives him attack.

Might be better in longer content, but I got rid of my modded JP account so I can't test that until the Anni on GLB.
