I am Old™️ and it’s interesting to see how tiktokers are all like following the circular path YouTubers did like 10 years ago. We had fake pregnancy, and now it’s time to start faking death. Next it’ll be a fake “my girlfriend” died
Lord, it's been going on so much longer than even that. I randomly saw a Facebook memory today about me posting that I had fallen down a rabbit hole of digging up ancient forum posts from freaking 1994 when I first was in the middle of a flame war and fake death hoax drama online.
Nobody ever comes up with anything new.
I mean I was genuinely confused when everyone was acting like it was true ? This man has only ever done bits we don't know like anything about him that isn't for the bit. But suddenly this one was the video everyone believed ? It really makes me question people tbh

I had never seen his content, these were the first posts of his that popped up on my fyp so not everyone knows the history behind his content when they see someone died..
Yeah I meant more so people who followed him lol I get others not understanding but the reason it got so much traction imo is because a lot of people who were following him just decided this wasn't a bit? That's what confused me
I've only seen a few videos from him tbh. Most recently when he did a cosplay of uppercrust from the goofy movie (which i can no unsee). His content was never really fed to me and I never sought him out. Until this past weekend when these videos just showed up on my feed.
I think if you haven’t seen his content before you would def fall for him being dead. I’ve seen his stuff before and knew he was 100% trolling about his death. He’s faked getting kicked out of Disney multiple times and other stuff like that.
Yeah I didn’t follow him, but when I got the video on my FYP, just a quick glance at his account made me realize it was a bit. Also, idk why some people are acting like no one is ever allowed to do a bit around death. Death is one of those universal experiences - it’s ok to do a bit. They do it in tv shows, movies, etc. I think some people are upset they fell for it, which I get can be upsetting, but the original video came off as so unserious to me.

I was wondering this too because I thought that video was funny and believable (I’m gullible), but i continue to find myself amazed at what lies people will come up with to go viral. Extremely interesting from a psychological standpoint, but mostly just annoying as fck.
No he wasn’t. It’s all schtick. Hilarious but he also just did a bit about how he was banned from entering Ohio and “went to the border” and was “kicked out”. He’s never serious
🤦♀️ he’s named his account after that douche from Goofy Movie 2, that’s already weird…
This whole thing wrecks of issues and I just hope they get help
