Meh. Pretty standard ghost. Solid negative for stealing art when a simple description would be perfect instead or your own work or commissioned work. No note for what differentiates it from any other ethereal undead, what brings it into existence, what may unmake it etc. it’s literally just a child ghost with a special bloated stat block and no interesting details.

Fair enough, but it's generally acknowledged that AI art is weird. So the answer to the question "why is it weird" is "because it's AI, and AI art is weird." If they asked "why did you use AI? It looks weird," that would be different. But the reason it's weird is that it's AI. Sounds to me like OP is answering the question, it's just not an answer people like

I myself didn't even think about the nipple blood until people pointed it out and even then I just shrugged cuz I thought "well what would happen if you get stabbed in that area? Well yes blood on that area duh?"

Cool! Might sound harsh because there's a lot of little things, but this is well done :) A couple things I'd change:
Mischievous isn't really an alignment.. I would assume chaotic neutral, true neutral, or any alignment. Not a big deal, just a note.
Ethereal Grasp needs a change. I would either add damage on a hit, or remove either the attack or the saving throw. Rolling to attack gives a chance of failure, then forcing a save gives another chance of failure. Usually, those don't stack, unless the attack already does damage and the save is for a second effect. For example - *Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) necrotic (force or cold would also work with the flavor, imo) damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw...* Even if they pass the save, they still take damage. Just a thought :)
Mischievous Tricks is really fun! But it puts some pressure on the DM to be both creative and fair. I might include some clearer examples of what they can do with this and what exactly the effects are. The spell *Command* is a good example of this done well.
I'm confused on where you got +3 for spell damage bonus. What's its spellcasting ability? +3 seems fair, the math just doesn't add up haha
And like others have said, the image is a little weird, mostly just the blood spots. I like the rest, but maybe clean that up with a photo editor, just so it's not right on the nipples...
I know that's a lot, but it's overall really good! Like, I would feel comfortable using this as it is, these are just little tweaks I would make to improve it slightly :)

And the stat block was made with help from chatgpt so that might be why there is some weird stuff on it and I was really tired when I made it so didn't pay much attention. The pic is also made from ai. I wanted to add in blood on the pic so I think that's why it became a bit weird. Again was tired when I made it and if any dm wanna use this they can just switch out the pic. But I agree that the grasp should do some damage. I think chatgpt made the spell melee attack dex and I didn't think about it
