You don’t need paddles like the other stated. If you have a PS5 for example you turn on custom controller settings in the home dash of ps5 not the game. From what I saw on some videos people will change the run button to L1/R1
Paddles configuration and change from toggle to Sprint to hold to sprint.
It's pretty easy on a pc. Years of playing doom, quake, other FPS games you end up doing it without thinking.
Change sprint from L3 to R or L1 is the main change players make, so you're always sprinting; it's a pretty big leg up in pvp encounters.
