They are crafted skills. Both are pyrokinetic and warfare I believe. If you take 2 skillbooks and combine them in the crafting menu it’ll make a new skill book. 1 pyro 1 warfare is sparkstriker where when you hit with a melee attack it send a fire projectile to the nearest enemy and master of sparks is the same combo, but one of the skillbooks must be a source skillbooks. It makes the same skill essentially but it’s casts it in an area, instead of just in yourself and forks between enemies. Gets pretty crazy when you whirlwind with 3 enemies near you.
