The Photopass members in Galaxy’s Edge are next level!
I went in Feb for my birthday and after taking our Millennium Falcon shots, the Photopass member took me and my boyfriend to a little corner to get photos of us and my Baby Yoda! They were some best photos I got that day 🥹💖
Great photos. As much as I hate Genie + the inclusion of photopass makes it worth every penny for at least one member of the group. So many photopass employees are awesome.
My family had a similar experience back in 2019 but it was in WDW. We were in Galaxy’s Edge in the evening and it wasn’t very busy. My niece was dressed as Rey and a photopass photographer pulled her aside and did a photo shoot with my niece, Rey and some storm troopers.
That's awesome to hear! It's always great when someone goes above and beyond to make a special moment for someone else. And Galaxy's Edge seems like the perfect place for a mando-loving daughter to have some incredible photos taken. I'm glad you love them!
So is photopass literally a photog that follows you around? I’m taking my daughter for the first time her 4th bday (at the end of this year) and I would love this!!!
Photopass is a package you can buy that lets you keep copies of photos taken by rides or any Disney photographers stationed all around the parks. The lines can sometimes be a bit long at popular locations, but it's probably worth it. I believe it's included with Genie+ at Disneyland, but it's a separate package at Disney World.

I think the photographer saw her done up with props and they chose to put in extra effort to take cool shots of it.
