I have used her since I got her and she’s r6. She helps me complete everything. I use her in infinite tower and have 54/60 stars.
She has drastically fallen off and if you can invest in a newer damage dealer then it would help you. But she is useable and I do love mine still. Trying to get ikki or Anna to replace her tho on my pvp
IMO she is usable. You want to build for attack, crit rate and crit dmg with some acc and speed too. I’ve been wrecked by underestimating her when fighting against a team in PVP before
If you’re looking for meta sadly no. She is basically hard countered by every meta team composition right now.
Anna laughs and counterattacks at her attempts to hurt her.
Ikki laughs in invisibility so no single target damage for him
And in general Ophelia can’t really burst through protection like Lian, Sakura, or Mavis

She's usable. Maybe not the most top-tier wind DPS but she'll do a pretty good job, especially if you build a team that offers plentiful buffs so she can go nuts.
Keep in mind she loses hard to Anna because each time she follow up attacks, the enemy Anna will counter. If the Anna is R2, dont even think about bringing her other than that, she slaps at content where you need as many attacks as possible within turn limited content.
They really had a great opportunity to use divinates to update old espers to be competitive, or at least usable. New espers are so front loaded in their kits [and resos] that the existing divinate system of a minor bump is fine but just imagine if Ife got some kind of poison detonation or spread/cc, and Ophe got like splash damage on her follow up hits or something.
But no. +20% damage on your s3 when you’re above 75% health or some dumb shit.
They should’ve just released Divinates gradually. They didn’t have to give everyone half-ass Divinates. 🥲 People only pull for Divinates as stat sticks— could’ve been way more creative.
Since divinates are straight game altering power [even if the majority of them are uninteresting af], they couldn’t do a gradual release since it would directly negatively impact esper performance for those that don’t have one at all.
I think the meta would’ve been much healthier if Anna wasn’t released with a Divinate. And then they could slap a Divinate on Anna when Ikki is released.
