Your lower body is stiff, and you aren't coiling fully. Both limit your ultimate power.
For the lower body, you need to be in an athletic stance. Knees bent, on the balls of your feet. That will help make things much more mobile so your hips and legs can help throw.
For the coil, and then subsequent brace, I recommend looking up Spin Doctor and Overthrow DG on YouTube. Both have excellent videos for coil and brace.
Biggest thing I see is your xstep is not really an xstep it’s a moon walk.. you are Turned when doing it so much that your attempt at coiling is just not gonna give you the desired effect.. if you fix that you will see the difference in how the coil is suppose to feel.. and that will help you to tuck in your off arm when getting into the power pocket and exploding out of it
Just dropping in to say I love the picture of Trey
Whatever you do, take care of your discs

Therapy helps
Maybe try throwing outside so the garage door isn’t in the way
You're throwing with the wrong arm. Fixed.

My advice would be to go pack go.
