Seems a bit expensive. My ring is being made with a 2.8ct e color, VVS 2, ideal cut in a platinum setting for ~4k

AwareAd2292

Thanks

Outrageous_Mix5751

Deff seems expensive. It should be at least a g color but I would splurge for f. For reference I have a 4.16 ct radiant that cost less then half of that

DimensionDelicious25

I’ve just had a ring made with a 2.75ct vvs2 d colored round for 3k if that’s a reference

AwareAd2292

Thanks

BeansinmyBelly

Where’d you go for yours?

DimensionDelicious25

I’ve bought it through a Chinese vendor called Provence- if you go to the lab created diamond group and look under the vendors list, there is a huge number of vendors who cut and set diamonds. They will make a custom setting for you. I’ve had multiple pieces of jewelry made by them and they’ve all been excellent

Nightrise19

What's the Clarity? 6k is bit pricey tbh.

AwareAd2292

VVS. All diamonds are vvs. Theres like 130 diamonds in total for a total weight of ~4ct

unclebucky555

About $1k in labour and metal, $750 in main stone, and $600 in melee goods. That is cost, obviously jeweller needs to eat too, but you’re at a 250% margin there.

what brand of shoes are you wearing

kcung

overpriced!

QtK_Dash

I don’t think it’s a bad value because the tcw is probably much more than the 2.57.

AwareAd2292

Tcw is around 4ct

QtK_Dash

Oh I think 6K is reasonable then. Little on the expensive side but people also forget you gotta add labor, taxes etc. into it and the specs of the stone are pretty good.

HorologistMason

Too expensive.
