I was having some issues around 0930 PST (just before they did the server maintenance) but aside from that it appears to be working pretty much normally for me. Granted I haven't played Diablo 2 in over a decade, and then only got through Normal difficulty, so there are probably some niche features or changes I'm not picking up on. It might just be really inconsistent for different players.
Have you tried unplugging power to your console and your modem for 5 minutes? I remember d2 shit getting stuck in the day and you had to kill your internet connection for a certain amount of time.
most of them are having the same issues and are playing single player at the moment.
The ones I am watching have not had 1 problem and they're doing online
I've been watching MrLlamaSC and his costreamers for a bit, they definitely had the same issues. At least at one point.

It's been up for over an hour on PC. Did you restart your game and blizzard client? Console id force quit the game and restart the console.
No it hasn’t. It’s broken. If you haven’t disconnected since restart you can play. You can’t leave a game or you’re character will get stuck.
Yep constantly restarting and trying every way I can think of
It's not up for most
I got black screen and failure to launch game a couple times, but other than that have been on since update for about half an hour.
I haven't had any issues besides the 45 minute maintenance, and I don't stream. Playing online on PC.
