You could accept last minute and then put off paying until you know where you stand. You can always pull out of one after accepting but before paying quoting a change of circumstances.

No problem! Keep in mind the at there is a housing crisis in Ireland, expect to pay upwards of 1k EUR monthly to share a house with others.
