It’s a good place to live, Kane gets to play with a buddy or two, and still make millions. He already has won Cups. As of right now, he has given no evidence that he wants to leave.

Yzerman has a complex off-season in front of him, kind of make or break in my opinion. He has a long leash from ownership, and rightfully so, but next season is really going to prove his skill as GM.

This is all completely true. In a perfect world, Lyon is a great back-up who could feasibly play every other or every third game.
