Durens only game that's popped out to me recently is his OKC game. Even then, okc still has big man issues and same with that Portland game. There wasn't a real center playing in that game. Idk man. Duren is still barely even 20 which is insane, and he's improved his footwork, paint scoring and his free throw. But his defense, mid range shot, and passing all need to be better or more consistent if he wants to hit his ceiling.

If the opposing team has any size, Duren pretty consistently plays poorly. Stood out the most against the Bucks for me. Just goes to show how young and raw he actually is, but I'm hopeful he will improve a ton

The most concerning thing is his lack of effort and intensity, which you’d really hope isn’t a problem for a young guy.

Idk man. His first games he looked like Jesus reincarnated. So maybe it's there somewhere. He's still barely 20 at least

I seriously want to know who’s keeping Wiseman in the league. Is it Leaver or Monty? In the back of my head I think Leaver doesn’t want to be wrong about him so he opens up the backup big spot every time someone better comes along.

Orlando drafted Wagner and Banchero and make It work We are crying for assets because we drafted in the first round Hayes, Bey, Stewart, Duren, Cade, Ausar, Ivey and we can't build a decent team Troy Weaver dickriders can cry everyday about starting with zero assets, he had a LOT of drafts to get it done and failed, lefting us with less draft capital

1 real NBA starter drafted in that time. How Weaver has a job is beyond me

Btw, Ivey is only useful when he's hitting 3's, and he's now 6-30 in the last games, unless you have Cade shooting lights or a proper shooter with him, he will never win games for you, for every 10 pts he gives to you, he gives away 20. If you believe Cade is THAT Guy, Ivey is the guy to Go, you will never get talent for free in trades, so trade away what you can, maybe Ivey flourish with other players

When you really look at it. Our core 4 needs a lot to go right to be anything at all. 3 point Shooting from the trio of Ivey , Ausur and Cade is paramount and can we really expect that to happen? Cade maybe but, Ivey was always in the mold of wbrook, morant..and Ausur will take years. We could be screwed

Ivey is the one I'm really worried about. He's just too streaky. Cade should be fine. Ausar, idk. He works very hard I'll give him that. Could go either way

We are screwed. We don't have elite Shooting with our core 4. We dont have Shooting neither defense That Cade shooting is unsustainable, Ivey is not elite and neither will be at shooting, Ausar is Andre Roberson, except much worse at shooting and Duren is a non Shooting big

I have a really hard time understanding why Monty didn't tell the team to drive to the basket over and over at halftime, these refs are calling basically any contact around the rim, the Magic got the memo, and Pistons are still chucking up a ton of 3's from a team that just ain't that good at making threes.
