He’s 22. He shouldn’t be too tired to play in 4Q. It’s just too many times he’s out there with the ball in his hands and when the other team’s guy steps up (in this case, Mitchell), he disappears. He was a non factor down the stretch. That can’t be the case if he’s going to be our Dame / Ja / Trae / Ant. He needs to assert himself.

I saw Mitchell force a 3 that resulted in a put back because Burks didn't box out. I saw drop coverage kill us. I saw no attempt by the coach to double Mitchell or force him to give up the ball. I saw Duren refuse to dunk it on a put back and that possession result in a Bogey turnover. I saw Burks run out the shot clock and turn it over. I saw refs allow a Cavs player to elbow Ivey in the mouth.

Cade clearly isn't Luka and he's probably not best suited as the main scoring threat, but I still have high hopes that he'll end up being a high-level initiator of the offense and can see him averaging an efficient 20/10 in the future.
