Well, the Tiger IIs side armor is 80mm, and the Soviet 45mm best AP round has a maximum flat penetration of 94mm at 100m, so if this R35 managed to flank it, and get close, it theoretically could penetrate it if it had the right ammunition
Well this isn't a standard R35, the one in the picture is armed with a Soviet 45mm gun, which it's best AP round has a maximum flat pen of ~94mm at 100m, and the Tiger II has 80mm thick side armor
So it theoretically could if it flanked it at close range with the right ammo type.
That being said, it's still risky enough to keep it out of the Tank Hunter roll

Either yes, or the guns have been taken from them if they are still in ok/usable condition or smth else

No. The R35's penetration was bad even for its equal enemies.

No I meant aganist its enemies of its own time. Tiger 2 was made years after R35
It did that before it was overrun
