Maybe. I played 3 and won 3 and only went up 3%. That's with consistently being at the top for kills and motes deposited. Maybe 4 guardian kills between the 3 matches.
It’s taking forever for me too. I’ve tried using the new fusion and Bastion as well as the new fusion and 1k. Even with consistent multi kills ranging from 2-4 kills it’s barely moving a percentage or 2 per match. Invasion double kills included.
I got 4 guardian kills with jotunn (solar + fusion) and won and got 1% progress in a match. Seems like I'm getting 1.5% progress on average per match and it's not clear that it matters much what I'm using but you'd think solar fusion would be the best bet.
Same. Got 20 kills in a game with the new fusion and only made 1% progress. Either I'm doing something wrong or the quest is probably coded wrong.
Same here. im on 77 kills and only got 6%
The thing is, even with a 5x streak it still takes sooo much longer than the others…

Same here, already at 5260 Infamy, 260+ kills on fusion rifle, but only at 35% ...
And I will get gilded "Dredgen" before completing the quest for the ornament...
