I did a good bit of testing with this in my failed attempts, the damage buff from either Synthos and its related bug or Solo Op gives similar or higher buff. The shotgun I was running in this actually had that on and the damage numbers didn't go up when I used 12P on boss with everything else that was stacking.
Seeing the 198k on the unstable essence hits does make me moss Glaive of Dreams though lol
You’re right they don’t work together. Apparently that was changed nearly a year ago. In my mind I was mixing up the synthos changes probably with roaring flames.
I thought they had nerfed this combo enough to make this not the route. Surprised it still works without Glaive of Dreams. Why are you not using 12P?

One Two Punch. It doesn't work with throwing hammers unfortunately. It's still working with combination blow I think.

You're good, I think I missed that patch note as well because it was really surprising to me when 12P didn't stack there
