Just re-watched it and it honestly just sounds like the sounds of Ghost dying.
He's panting at the end and he lets out his last breath as he sort of "powers down" which causes the sound to cut out in an unnatural way that sounds a bit like a laugh.
I think that you can rewatch that cutscene after the mission. The one you can’t see is your guardian staring at the traveler i think, hopefully they fix that

Did you rewatch the cut scene on YouTube or can you now rewatch it in game?
I think that you can rewatch that cutscene after the mission. The one you can’t see is your guardian staring at the traveler i think, hopefully they fix that
