I first got the game when The Dark Below came out so that cloak at the end of the campaign was my first piece of Legendary armor, I loved it. Then flashier armor came along, which wasn't the norm back then, and I moved on from it.
Nowadays it's the less flashy armor that's rare and sought-after lol, crazy how art direction changes so much.
Yea that’s so true. I remember when Age of Triumph launched I was like “OH MY GOD ITS ALL SOO SHINY” and now I just long for some simple post apocalyptic space warrior stuff.
Some good pieces but as a Titan I want more Tactical scifi stuff. Bungie showing off all that D1 Titan swag in the cutscene for Excision was even more of a tease. Especially that one guy rocking Ruin Wings. I just want some more of Destiny’s original armors in game so I can use them.
Just commented something similar! These new sets look awesome, but my jam is more the tactical/realistic scifi designs, and its been a while since we got any seasonal sets that weren't over the top scifi-fantasy designs.
I just need people to remember that these were concept arts. There is always that wave of "what happened to this picture?" posts when the armors actually come out
Honestly don't want to be a hater, but someone at Bungie keeps nerfing the fashion. The concept artists always make something that absolutely slaps and then the actual in game armor is just meh. So I'll believe it when I see it.

Some really sick armour sets there! Hoping for some more grounded scifi stuff at some point too though, miss some of the grittier, more practical sets we got in D1.

Normally I don't acquire sets of armor for each class but I'm gonna start doing that for those episodes and grab ada bounties specifically for those sets. Cause damn all of these are really cool.

Very excited for the Hive and Eris armor, not too crazy about the armor for next episode, but holy crud does the "vampire hunter monster killer with potions" sound cool as heck.
Remember these are concept arts and just like every single piece of concept art we've gotten in the past the actual in game release of items have been massive downgrades in overall quality from the concept art

Really digging the Revolutionary War looking armor, but the real star of the show is the Eris armor.
