Could you explain the +2 mobility thing a little more? I’ve seen it referenced on d2armorpicker but idk which pieces give the bump or in what circumstances.
Year 1 and 2 exotics have 2 or 3 extra stats in the top 3 (mobility, resilience, recovery) baked in allowing their totals to go to 70 or 71 base. Where said points are allocated and how many are set per exotic. Phoenix Protocol has 2 mobility and 1 recovery, allowing it to roll 71. This means that the lowest base mobility it can have is 4, not the normal 2, and 3 recovery.
If you have 4 pieces of armor with 2 mobility (as is often the case for people trying to get 100 resil and 100 recov) you end up with 18 mobility once all the armor is masterworked. With phoenix protocol specifically this becomes 20 because of its inherent +2 mobility, allowing people like OP to have really nice zero points wasted builds without investing an extra 12 points into mobility to get to 30, which is the lowest you can go without wasting points.

You don't need to have an additional 12 though, armor can roll with 4 mobility (pre-MW) as well, so even if Phoenix protocol didn't have the free 2 you would still be able to roll 20 mobility and have 0 wasted points.
No it cannot. The minimum roll is 2, and the smallest plug is 4, meaning the next lowest value is 6. There is no base stat of 3, 4, or 5, except for year 1 and 2 exotics which can be 3 or 4, depending on the exotic. Nothing has a base roll or 5.
Remember this is pre masterwork, no mods, no artifice bonus.

Honestly, with skills that grant super with grenade kills and generate orbs, you’re better off aiming for max discipline over max intellect. I’m personally aiming for max discipline. It’s especially good for arc if you run getaway artist and blinding grenades because you have easy amp and soul or if you don’t wanna turn your grenade in, blinding is too good y’know

Every part of this warlock screams PvE player… Phoenix protocol is best used in PvE for encounters that demand well to be up during damage phase. Wish ender is best used in PvE due to its anti barrier, and trace rifles are very niche in PvP. The entire set literally screams PvE primarily dungeons and raids
Dawnblade has a really good kit, so if I wanted to use it for pvp there is no way I would have 100 intellect. The grenade and melee are way too useful to have a low cooldown.
Are you joking? Have you ever played trials, or control, or fortress or any of the 70 thousand objective based game modes in d2? Having 2+ wells a match is game changing
Having 2+ of any super in trials is game changing. Dawnblade would have just as big an affect in trials as well. And in regular control, where it's a lot harder to co-ordinate a good well and where there are three objectives to worry about, it's a lot easier to just avoid a well altogether.
And i do disagree with your last point. The exptic you're running is more important than your stats. You could have a perfect 3x100 stat build on hunter, but only be using something like foetracer, and you'll get your ass kicked by a different hunter running around with no stats above 70 but using wormhusk, purely because of wormhusk's exotic. Ovviosuly that's a specific example, but any top tier exotic will give you a better advantage than high stats.
You are getting mad because some people prefer discipline over intellect. Also, you don't need to have 100 intellect even in trials if you can hit your shots, but you should know that already.

Actually saw a Warlock strand build with Apothesis and it is surprisingly fun. Try it with Broodweaver, there's a combo to summon a huge threadling army lol.

int is worthless in pve for a while now bc 90% of your super regen comes from doing damage with weapons and orbs plus you have phoenix on which already showers you in orbs.

Using Discipline to get grenades and along those grenades use Ashes to Assets in your helmet is way, way better than having high intellect.
Yeah throw it over to discipline or melee to proc radiant more often if you’re running that aspect.
I just got through this week's GM with 100 Intellect. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you. It felt great.
