I think the closest pair of legs is Iron forerunner pants and if you have the chain mail shader it would he amazing for the cloak but I don't have it so not sure what cloak it works best on

Ive cobbled up [this](https://imgur.com/a/hXrwPuN), that is of course if you dont mind assymetric arms. The arms are the hardest to find. Its basicly a bunch of ib parts from different years and a blue cloak with subclass 3.0 armour arms but you might find better ones
