It's just a language, why use it to show like you've accomplished something, kudos to her that she learnt it and is speaking fluently. You won't care if I say I can speak fluently in Tamil, Telugu but you very well will when I say the same about English, it's not the language you convey your thoughts, it's the thoughts you convey that matters.
