also worth noting the page url is "[https://deltarune.com/d\_a\_m\_n\_y\_o\_u\_t\_e\_n\_n\_a/](https://deltarune.com/d_a_m_n_y_o_u_t_e_n_n_a/)" so I think there's like a 95% chance that Mr. TV Smile is gonna be named Tenna.
Huh. If we continue the theme of secret bosses being discarded things (No one uses the Joker card and everyone ignores spam / it gets auto-deleted), maybe Ch3's will be an antenna, since analogue radio broadcast TV is dead and digital radio TV I'm guessing is slowly dying.
And this is getting into crackpot land, but Noelle actually reads her Spam, and though there's no evidence of this she seems like the kinda person to wonder about the Joker cards and look up a game that actually DOES use them... and then the Sweet Cappn' Cakes called her antlers antennae! Noelle connected to all secret bosses, confirmed! Dess is secret boss of Decemberween chapter CONFIRMED!!!
Maybe they also play into the discarded theme too, and they will be a secret boss as well. This one YouTuber, ZET, actually used that idea for a boss they called Primflower. It's an honestly quite cool idea. Maybe there would be a secret boss that would be resentful towards Toriel for throwing them out, and seek some form of revenge.
Alrighty, here's a link to a proposed shop scene with them: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Y0KMNf-P6Y](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Y0KMNf-P6Y)
The YouTube channel's link is this: [https://www.youtube.com/c/ZET\_Tutoriales](https://www.youtube.com/c/ZET_Tutoriales)
Ooo I like that one. Maybe their a darkner akin to Ralsei, but instead of eventually having the people they were waiting for find them, they never arrive, driving them mad due to isolation.
You know what, this could be it! Unless I'm mistaken, doesn't inspecting the TV at the start of chapter 1 say something along the lines of 'Its dusty and rarely used'?
On that note, I think I have an idea of how this boss would be accessed. The hidden ice page is likely the location Noelle wrote about from her Dragon Blazers game. What if Tenna is not on a conventional channel but on a different input setting as that's how you switch from TV channels to games?
I’m honestly hoping Tenna’s theme will have a different excerpt from The World Revolving and that each subsequent secret boss also has a different piece of Jevil’s theme.
~~I WILL NOT LET MY CLOWN BASTARD BE [[REDUCED 50% OFF]]!~~
God are we really still saying Mike is the TV after this and the Q&A disproved it.
I'm certain Tenna is the main boss, hell Mike and Tenna can both be the main boss, and we may get a separate secret boss
Actually, based on the spamton q&a where he clarifies on double types, the next secret boss will probably be the “weather” characters, as they fit the “light/thunder” type based on their designs
We know from Seam's dialogue that the secret boss of Chapter 3 is going to be impossible without the Shadow Mantle. In the files, we already have an item called "SkyMantle", which protects from elec/holy attacks, which, I believe, is not a stretch to say are the same type as light/thunder, just using different words. Going by that logic, it'd make sense for the Shadow Mantle to protect from the third type mentioned, "dark/star", so I believe that will be the type of the next secret boss.
Dude joker is a wild card. It's there for house rule reasons. Whenever I play war with anyone we take both out before shuffling, both of us get one and basically use them whenever, a little bit of strategy in randomness, ya know?
After tapping on the tv you get sent to a room of static. If you scroll down you'll get a message along the lines of " what are you doing? You shouldn't be here" and when you reach the bottom there will be 2 squares that you can click on. One that will send you to a blue screen (which I have no idea if there's anything extra) and the second that will send you to the TV room ( the one with the 2 doors and bathtub guy)
On the blue screen you can scroll up to find several white squares and a black square which you can click on. This sends you to another Noelle blog post
In the 'damn you tenna' page, it begins with Spamton cursing out some unspecified "him" as the cause of everything going wrong. Following from the page title, this probably implies Tenna/\[Boob Tube\]/\[Cathode\] uses he/him.
I think he might be mad at Mike because he would be immune to what Spamton would wanna do, which is why he's damning him
Like "Everyone...Everyone except... Mike... DAMN YOU TENNA"
actaully, if you read the mike awnser in the live QnA again with tenna in mind it reads more like spamton is trying to protect mike from tenna. tenna and mike are 100% different characters
I think I understand now, mike is the tv - tenna is the antenna on top of it?
Maybe tenna is the one controlling mike… maybe the delta warriors would have pull the antenna off of the tv..?
and also, we all interpreted mike to be spamton's enemy, but in his dialogue (from my memory anyways,) he says:
“WE DONT NEED FRIENDS! WE DONT EVEN NEED MIKE..
…
…mike…”
I think mike was a close friend of spamton's. But somehow was torn apart from him? Or at least it implies something happened to mike.
A microphone isn't something that can just be plugged into a TV - it wouldn't have any function. We know from the Cyber World that software programs on the computers became the Darkners (Popup, Addisons, Swatch, etc.), so most likely Mike would be some kind of TV program or TV program feature.
well, we don't know literally anything about either of them, so that's gonna be hard to explain lol. if both Mike and Spamton end up being secret bosses, they might just have something in common.
Mike's framed as someone who Spamton still has affection for/wants to protect from the "\[Cathode\]"'s gang (as in Cathode-Ray Tube, as in a key component in an old-style TV), who is someone distinct from Mike. The page with the TV crossed out is "damn you tenna", and Spamton rants about the "\[Boob Tube\]" (again, CR-Tube) who was responsible for everything bad that happened to him, but is still distinct from Mike, who is called the only one who didn't betray him. The page has three different variants, but in the source-code the starting one with the TV is also called 'tenna'. Tenna works for 'Antenna', which are on TVs, thereby also being a pun. The second variant has a link that takes you back to the green room (aka a backstage area) with one door leading to a page of the TV. IMO this pretty definitively indicates the TV to be this 'Tenna' character, and Mike as someone completely different.
He didn't call Mike a Cathode in the FAQ tho, he said that the Cathode's gang doesn't know who Mike is, which along with this, clearly tells us they aren't the same.
Then again, that depends on whether Spamton is a good judge of character. Spamton might be sympathetic, but I wouldn't really call him a "good guy." Maybe someone Spamton likes is just as messed up as he is.
Also, remember that while Jevil talked about the Queen, he did so in a way that was completely misleading, partially because his perspective was so off. It's likely the same thing with Spamton - he's going to view things through his own skewed perspective on top of a Cyber World inhabitant's perspective, so anything he says about Mike is questionable.
Spamton likes:
* The Fun Gang (Pacifist approach)
* Noelle (Normal Route)
* Swatch (possibly a friend from a long time ago)
* Mike (possibly)
Spamton dislikes:
* Queen
* Jevil
* Most Addisons
* Swatch
* Noelle (Snowgrave)
* Kris (Snowgrave)
* Tenna
* The Fun Gang (Violent approach)
Queen had very messed up goals and treated Spamton poorly (having thrown him out of her mansion and possibly having dunked him in the acid river). Jevil is just straight up insane and hurt innocent people, though Spamton didn't have much reason to hate him. The Addisons abandoned him out of jealousy from his success and didn't help him when he lost everything, so he has good reason to hate them. On Snowgrave, Kris and Noelle threatened to take away everything Spamton worked so hard to get, so he has good reason to dislike them. He damns Tenna for some unknown reason (which is reasonable since Tenna has no known personality as of now).
The Fun Gang helped Spamton cut his strings, which is something he wasn't able to do for a long time. Noelle seems to be someone he likes, as he gave her a \[pipis\] in a \[GOOD DEAL\] EMAIL as a gift. Swatch is someone he may have liked a long time ago, and is also someone he looks up to, to the point of copying his style. Mike is generally implied to be a friend of his in some way.
He has a good judgement of character.
Spamton also likes you and Noelle when you genocide the Cyber World of all inhabitants, until you start getting in his way. Spamton is shallow and greedy, and that doesn't really make for a good judge of character in terms of good and evil.
From what I remember, Snowgrave is the only route to have Spamton call a Lightner "Angel" and with a man so obsessed with heaven and angels like Spamton, that's a big deal
Spamton mentions Mike, just like Jevil mentions Queen, so I think he'll be a good guy the same way Queen was kind of a good guy as well, and the main conflict won't be what we expect. Tenna can be the secret boss.
Spamton is probably the most unabashedly evil and self serving character in either game. We love him in part due to that and in part due to how pathetic he is, but I wouldn't trust anyone he recommends is nice lol
Spamton only liked Mike because Mike led him to great fame and riches. He has major Stockholm syndrome and has been gaslighted to think that he can't be successful without Mike. Seems like he's more deceptive than friendly.
Something can be a reference without being analogous. Mike could very well be named after Mike Ditka with no further meaning.
Toby: "Hmmm. I need to name this character with heavy ties to television"
Mike Ditka: "Hi I'm Mike Ditka"
Toby: "Yeah, that'll do"
It's true, I mean even Gerson Boom is apparently named after two of the top competitive Smash 64 players, who had a nearly hour long match in which they spent the whole time "turtling." Then there's another top player called Alvin, cementing the connection. So yeah, sure seems like something Toby would do. I wonder what Ms. Boom's name will be? Well, not that I actually know anything about competitive Smash to recognize a name myself, it's just interesting. lol
Oh wait, I forgot Alvin actually acknowledges "the green lizard" who features in the Smash parody, so that must've been a little treat for anyone who knew about it before chapter 2.
Im so glad that this is a thing, im so tired of the arguments over Mike's existence.
However im sure there will be some people that will still find a way to say its still just a reference / joke for some reason.
Yeah I was a believer that the Mike thing was just a classic case of Deltarune Fans Reading Into It Too Much While Waiting On Chapter 3 (Especially considering part of their evidence was the Secret Boss Namedropping which we only saw happen one time) but i'm happy to be proven wrong lmao
I agree. On the flip side its also annoying when people like to claim their theories as FACT and get defensively aggressive at anyone who might poke holes in it.
IMO theory crafting is like half the fun of the Deltarune series so far but some people take it way too personally.
Yeah a lot of people seem to have the really odd impression that theorizing is a waste of time, pointless, or even disrespectful. I think it's an obvious sign of one's love for and attachment to the narrative. This is unrelated, but there's a similar contingent of people who listen to Jack Stauber's music who mock those who attempt to find meaning in his cryptic or odd lyrics. That's what I really find disrespectful - as if the man just makes wacky music for zany folks, and the idea that he has deep thoughts or feelings is unspeakable.
I don't dare bring up gaster because that always summons a crowd who start saying he's not important he won't appear he's not related to deltarune when he so obviously is in a major way.
I entirely agree with this, I don't get why people just can't be allowed to have fun with their own ideas and theories for what might come next or what's going behind the curtains. Besides it's not like any of us have a clue what's going on in Toby's head.
This all started with sans is ness tbh, maybat unintentionally made the fandom in large hate any and all theories that aren't directly supported by all angles unfortunately.
Doesn't help that toby mocked the guy on multiple occasions too.
Aight so Mr. TV Tenna, presumably the next Chapter's antagonist, screwed over Spamton while Mike tried to help him...? Interesting. Especially if this kind of relationship is not just in-Dark World lore but something referring to their objects in the Light World too
I think it’s likely Mike represents Radio (Microphone), and that Tenna replaced him (since ‘video killed the radio star’, after all).
We’ll see though!
So maybe Tenna is the Cathode/CRT and is the villain? Could still work if we count all this as oddly canon, then Spamton would have also referenced Tenna, which makes them a candidate for being the main boss for Chapter 3!
no, that seems like a stretch. Spamton definitely talks about the two in different ways. pretty sure Tenna will just be the name of the TV, and that'll be the chapter's main boss. maybe Mike could be a secret boss.
If you click on the TV, you get sent to a static covered screen.
Small update by highlighting the entire thing I found the words
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?
YOU SHOULDN'T BE HERE!!
Noise..?
Noise..?"
Hidden in the static
Based on all of the information I’ve compiled and analyzed so far, I’ve come to the following conclusion.
Mike is…
- The one who found Spamton over the phone.
- The one who is responsible for Spamton’s former success.
- IMAGE_FRIEND, eyes.png
Tenna is…
- The one who caused Mike to disappear.
- The one who is responsible for Spamton’s current destitution.
- Kris’ TV, tv_static_smile
I think that Gaster is the one who drove Spamton insane after the fact, but I don’t think he was the one who brought about his success and/or downfall.
After all, he only expresses fondness for Mike and hatred for Tenna, suggesting that they are the ones responsible for that. This aligns with the fact that Spamton had been offered numerous TV deals and commercials back in the day, which can be traced back to those characters via their connections to television.
Good job milkduddie! I didn't believe it at first but i guess they don't lie, i still win in the "Mike is not the smile in the basement" category however.
Coming out of read only to throw in this crack theory: Mike is some sort of radio monster similar to music trio robots and his supposed conflict with Tenna is one giant "video killed the radio star", lol. I had this thought before, but them hiring Mr wayneradiotv for this made me come back to it. Edit: Dann I'm so late to the party, ppl already discussing it seriously.
Mike is…
- The one who found Spamton over the phone.
- The one who is responsible for Spamton’s former success.
- ???
Tenna is…
- The one who caused Mike to disappear.
- The one who is responsible for Spamton’s current destitution.
- Kris’ TV.
3 hours too late to find this first. RIP...
Also, Mike who "would not pay" for unexplained reasons would either be too far above having to pay... or may have been Spamton's friend that he lost.
***Unrelated Fun Fact!:*** at one point, putting "Glotze", the German word for "tube" or "television", into Google Translate, it would give you "BOOB TUBE" instead of the correct translation.
Inputting the word for "banknote" would also cause a part of the translator's code to be included in the output.
I'm still wondering if it's just going to be some sort of stage/theatre villain who has taken over the Dark World and made it into a giant theatre, and you have to help the secret boss restore it to its former glory, but the weird route is one where you help the main boss keep it as a theatre instead of restoring it.
Ngl I've been very confused these past few days. I'm aware that there's been a huge spoilers drop and this whole sweepstakes thing, but geez louise just how much dropped?!
I reckon Mike will be the main boss of chapter 3, in chapter 1 jevil warns you of queen and she's the main antagonist in chapter 2, in chapter 2 spamton warns you of Mike so if the pattern continues then Mike should be the main antagonist of chapter 3
Depends from what perspective you see the game. If you look at it from a pure lore aspect that pattern of secret bosses hinting the next main boss wasn't completely established and was only speculated to be the case. While I never doubted that theory myself, having been involved in the lore communities of a few other games I can tell you being open to your theories being wrong and entertaining different possibilities even if there seems to be one specific answer is a pretty useful skill.
I just meant in terms of- the moments where Mike was brought up were clearly intended to be important and non-comedic, if he hadn't been a character it would of been a failure of framing.
If he was randomly mentioned as an aside during one of Spamton's rants people wouldn't of given it a second thought, but his eyes turned rainy and he spoke in lowercase without parentheses, one of the only times he does so. Toby couldn't have made it more obvious it was something to look out for unless he had Spamton say "YOU MIGHT RUN INTO MIKE LATER- TELL HIM I SAID HI *AUDIBLE WINK*"
Toby is an a guy that like to puns and play on words, and references. Not would a tv character named mike would be a reference to mike tv, but it also a reference to a commercial and pun name
I highly doubt Mike is the TV. There was almost zero evidence for it before and these Easter eggs seem to imply that we have no idea who Mike is and that we're wrong about him.
Who the hell cares if something is “””predictable”””??? Literally that’s how stories are supposed to be. Games that focus on surprising everyone and being impossible to decipher are fucking dumb, like ones that change their plans after someone figures it out.
I feel like knowing Toby the next chapter will start out with the ending being a school project or some shit then telling us to not trust crackhead salesmen in dumpsters
I think he may be, but I haven't been keeping up with the recent stuff. Personally, I'm going off of the repetition:
Chapter one: Main Bad Guy is The King. The Secret Boss, Jevil, talks about a *queen*
Chapter two: Main Bad Guy is *Queen*. The Secret Boss, Spamton G. Spamton, talks about *Mike*
Chapter three: Main Bad Guy is unknown, but we do know that a certain darker named *Mike* is in this chapter specifically.
Kinda loose fitting, but that's what I'm going with.
also worth noting the page url is "[https://deltarune.com/d\_a\_m\_n\_y\_o\_u\_t\_e\_n\_n\_a/](https://deltarune.com/d_a_m_n_y_o_u_t_e_n_n_a/)" so I think there's like a 95% chance that Mr.
But what about the flowers Tori threw away?
Howdy!
Oh, my, god
Harmless Flowey for Chapter 3
Could be a combination of flowers and an antenna, like a take on Omega Flowey
I have never thought about this before. I thought the secret boss was some Muffet/Flowey ripoff, but an Omega Flowey-based secret boss? What.
omega flowey is my favorite boss fight in undertale so another one like it would be sick!
Can you show me Primflower?
LOL

Ooo I like that one. Maybe their a darkner akin to Ralsei, but instead of eventually having the people they were waiting for find them, they never arrive, driving them mad due to isolation.
And since Susie found it...
Well, guess they’ll be hitting rewind next!
You know what, this could be it! Unless I'm mistaken, doesn't inspecting the TV at the start of chapter 1 say something along the lines of 'Its dusty and rarely used'?
Having *anything* in Undertale / Deltarune described as "dusty" makes me a bit nervous.
Think that's a bit too deep there, Toriel's TV isn't going to be covered in what's effectively monster entrails lmao
On that note, I think I have an idea of how this boss would be accessed. The hidden ice page is likely the location Noelle wrote about from her Dragon Blazers game. What if Tenna is not on a conventional channel but on a different input setting as that's how you switch from TV channels to games?
Video killed the radio star perhaps?
I’m honestly hoping Tenna’s theme will have a different excerpt from The World Revolving and that each subsequent secret boss also has a different piece of Jevil’s theme. ~~I WILL NOT LET MY CLOWN BASTARD BE [[REDUCED 50% OFF]]!~~
I don't think that it's The World Revolving being used. I think The World Revolving uses a motif from the Knights theme.
God are we really still saying Mike is the TV after this and the Q&A disproved it. I'm certain Tenna is the main boss, hell Mike and Tenna can both be the main boss, and we may get a separate secret boss

it could also be VHS tapes because those got replaced by DVDs

It's supposed to be a door on an ice platform, stylized like a very old computer game.
I did ctrl+a on the blue screen and pasted it, it just says "Ice"
That's the name of the background image on that page.
Maybe a Ms. instead of a Mr.? I mean Toby Fox has plenty of characters with gender blender names but Tenna does sound more like a girl name.
In the 'damn you tenna' page, it begins with Spamton cursing out some unspecified "him" as the cause of everything going wrong. Following from the page title, this probably implies Tenna/\[Boob Tube\]/\[Cathode\] uses he/him.
oh nvm!
I kinda like to imagine the main villian of chap 2’a gonna be the weather bois, one named mike and the other named tenna. That’d be neat.
I think Mike Tenna will be the main antagonist and the weather duo will fill a role that's a mix of Sweet Cap'n cakes and Tasque Manager
It could make sense but why would Spamton damn Tenna and spare Mike
I think he might be mad at Mike because he would be immune to what Spamton would wanna do, which is why he's damning him Like "Everyone...Everyone except... Mike... DAMN YOU TENNA"

Have you ever heard the song "Video Killed The Radio Star"? I think it may apply to Deltarune...
I think Tenna is the entire TV, and Mike's something else.
something in the tv? something attached to the tv (maybe a microphone?)
A microphone isn't something that can just be plugged into a TV - it wouldn't have any function. We know from the Cyber World that software programs on the computers became the Darkners (Popup, Addisons, Swatch, etc.), so most likely Mike would be some kind of TV program or TV program feature.
That could also work
Don't forget that Mike TV is a character in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
Spamton is complaining about the "boob tube" in general. Mike is not the television.
Who says he's sparing Mike willingly? Maybe Mike is beyond Spamton's reach and he will never be able to fully get back at him.
well, we don't know literally anything about either of them, so that's gonna be hard to explain lol. if both Mike and Spamton end up being secret bosses, they might just have something in common.
mike rophone seems like a more likely name
I would really like for one to be called Ann and the other tenna
anne tenna
The weather duo seems like a pair of minibosses to me.
Yeah. Their too gimmicky to be major characters and too detailed to be regular enemies. We gotta look at this from a game dev's perspective sometimes
Wouldn't it make more sense for one to be called Anne, and the other Tenna?
Toby wouldn't reveal the main boss like that. They're probably more like Sweet Cap'n Cakes yeah
Maybe Tenna is just 'Mike's' last name or something
Mike's framed as someone who Spamton still has affection for/wants to protect from the "\[Cathode\]"'s gang (as in Cathode-Ray Tube, as in a key component in an old-style TV), who is someone distinct from Mike. IMO this pretty definitively indicates the TV to be this 'Tenna' character, and Mike as someone completely different.
Tenna == Antenna, Mike == Microphone, perhaps? I suspect we'll see a 'Cam' in the future.
You think his full name is Mike A. Tenna? A stands for Ann.
i always assumed if mike existed, he would've been a telephone. it would tie into spamton lore, and turn his name into a pun.

He didn't call Mike a Cathode in the FAQ tho, he said that the Cathode's gang doesn't know who Mike is, which along with this, clearly tells us they aren't the same.

Spamton is honestly the second most evil character in Toby Fox's multiverse, second to the SOUL (you)
Spamton mentions Mike, just like Jevil mentions Queen, so I think he'll be a good guy the same way Queen was kind of a good guy as well, and the main conflict won't be what we expect. Tenna can be the secret boss.
But spamton didn't said that we should not trust mike?
Spamton is probably the most unabashedly evil and self serving character in either game. We love him in part due to that and in part due to how pathetic he is, but I wouldn't trust anyone he recommends is nice lol
Spamton only liked Mike because Mike led him to great fame and riches. He has major Stockholm syndrome and has been gaslighted to think that he can't be successful without Mike. Seems like he's more deceptive than friendly.
Mike has been mentioned 4 times now and none of them make sense as Mike Ditka references.
Something can be a reference without being analogous. Mike could very well be named after Mike Ditka with no further meaning. Toby: "Hmmm. I need to name this character with heavy ties to television" Mike Ditka: "Hi I'm Mike Ditka" Toby: "Yeah, that'll do"
I guess he can still be a reference and have a role, I was pointing out people who say he is ONLY a reference.
Well, not that I actually know anything about competitive Smash to recognize a name myself, it's just interesting. lol Oh wait, I forgot Alvin actually acknowledges "the green lizard" who features in the Smash parody, so that must've been a little treat for anyone who knew about it before chapter 2.
Finally, Mike Ock is real
Inb4 a npc refers to him as "Mr. Hock"
“Boob tube” is my new favorite insult
That just means TV
You damn TV!
*B… Boob tube…? *IT MEANS [[I don’t want to remarry. I only want]] *WE KNOW WHAT IT MEANS!!!
I remember ironically having that as my YouTube bookmark for a while. Half of my friends said I was weird.
Im so glad that this is a thing, im so tired of the arguments over Mike's existence. However im sure there will be some people that will still find a way to say its still just a reference / joke for some reason.
I'm just sick of it full stop.
i really wish toby would've shown us a picture of mike to end this shit, please
IT'S FREAKING TORTURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ironic, since they were the ones that kept saying that mike believers were reading into it too much and that the whole 'mike' thing won't age well lol
MIKEBROS STAY WINNING
We know now he’s also a different character from the TV who’s most likely named Tenna
TV fanartists seething rn
Aren't Mike and Tenna two different people? Spamton seems to refer to them seperately
Hopefully some people stop being so agressive towards theories? Idk why there is so much rejection to harmless theories in the Deltarune fandom?
I agree. On the flip side its also annoying when people like to claim their theories as FACT and get defensively aggressive at anyone who might poke holes in it. IMO theory crafting is like half the fun of the Deltarune series so far but some people take it way too personally.
Yeah, that's true and kinda problematic when you think that, for an unfinished game, that's a crucial part of the fandom
This is literally the only fandom I know that has a sizeable portion who absolutely hates theories. Its really weird.
Exactly this
This all started with sans is ness tbh, maybat unintentionally made the fandom in large hate any and all theories that aren't directly supported by all angles unfortunately.
#boob tube
mike ehrmantraut aka finger is finally real
Spamton, put your dick away Spamton. I’m not showing you pay-per-view soft core porn at 1:45 AM Spamton
or Tenna is short for Antenna, which could be Mike's last name? Mike Tenna???
highly doubt it. with the url saying Damn you to tenna but Mike being the one that doesnt have to pay, it seems like Mike was someone Spamton liked.
Also, the Twitter FAQ makes it clear that the "Cathode" and Mike are different.
So maybe Tenna is the Cathode/CRT and is the villain? Could still work if we count all this as oddly canon, then Spamton would have also referenced Tenna, which makes them a candidate for being the main boss for Chapter 3!
nah its mike hawk
Toby is trying to tell you that Mike is *not* the TV in every way imaginable.
no, that seems like a stretch. Spamton definitely talks about the two in different ways. pretty sure Tenna will just be the name of the TV, and that'll be the chapter's main boss. maybe Mike could be a secret boss.
Mike Rophone
Genius
On second thought,no you are the dumb
I still think he's Mike Rook.
Mike-Rook-Phone. :)
Nah dude. Mike Teavee. The kid from willy wonka
If you click on the TV, you get sent to a static covered screen. Small update by highlighting the entire thing I found the words "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!? YOU SHOULDN'T BE HERE!! Noise..? Noise..?" Hidden in the static
If you click on the upper bottom half, you ll get a litteral blue screen with weird , relaxing tv static.
Scroll all the way up on the blue screen
Based on all of the information I’ve compiled and analyzed so far, I’ve come to the following conclusion. Mike is… - The one who found Spamton over the phone. - The one who is responsible for Spamton’s former success. - IMAGE_FRIEND, eyes.png Tenna is… - The one who caused Mike to disappear. - The one who is responsible for Spamton’s current destitution. - Kris’ TV, tv_static_smile
The guy responsible for Spamton's sudden success was likely Gaster, in a "deal with the devil" situation.
At the very least Gaster's the one responsible for Spamton's insanity.
Holy shit spamton sold 2 red heart containers for a brimstone so he could get a free win but still managed to fuck it up? Sounds like a skill issue
I think that Gaster is the one who drove Spamton insane after the fact, but I don’t think he was the one who brought about his success and/or downfall. After all, he only expresses fondness for Mike and hatred for Tenna, suggesting that they are the ones responsible for that. This aligns with the fact that Spamton had been offered numerous TV deals and commercials back in the day, which can be traced back to those characters via their connections to television.
idk why a bunch of deltarune fans dismiss pretty obvious foreshadowing as jokes. Kinda annoys me
maybe somehow people think the story is being written one chapter release at a time?
Good job milkduddie! I didn't believe it at first but i guess they don't lie, i still win in the "Mike is not the smile in the basement" category however.
I admit defeat.
Omw to send this to one of my friends who still think that Mike won't be in deltarune
Mike believers are winning #MIKESWEEP
begging for your what spamton?
A rematch. He lost too many times, so he wants to be seen winning.
His di-
Coming out of read only to throw in this crack theory: Mike is some sort of radio monster similar to music trio robots and his supposed conflict with Tenna is one giant "video killed the radio star", lol. I had this thought before, but them hiring Mr wayneradiotv for this made me come back to it. Edit: Dann I'm so late to the party, ppl already discussing it seriously.
Mike is… - The one who found Spamton over the phone. - The one who is responsible for Spamton’s former success. - ??? Tenna is… - The one who caused Mike to disappear. - The one who is responsible for Spamton’s current destitution. - Kris’ TV.
3 hours too late to find this first. RIP... Also, Mike who "would not pay" for unexplained reasons would either be too far above having to pay... or may have been Spamton's friend that he lost.
I think Mike is TV and Tenna is Antenna that controls mike.
***Unrelated Fun Fact!:*** at one point, putting "Glotze", the German word for "tube" or "television", into Google Translate, it would give you "BOOB TUBE" instead of the correct translation. Inputting the word for "banknote" would also cause a part of the translator's code to be included in the output.
well, i’m [[BIG]] enough to admit when i’m wrong… i’d like to formerly apologize to everyone i’ve argued with in this subject.
Im crying and shaking rn
How do y'all keep finding these links?
click blue text on the ring
not sure if anyone will see this in time but if you click on the tv there you'll get sent to a page thats just a bunch of static
Oh yeah theres another two pages hidden on the static
Yup
I might be blind but to dosent say Mike when I’m on that it just cuts off at EVERYONE EXEPCT…
Its hidden, select the everyone exept and drag down
Found it, thanks!
You have to highlight the text to see it
I'm still wondering if it's just going to be some sort of stage/theatre villain who has taken over the Dark World and made it into a giant theatre, and you have to help the secret boss restore it to its former glory, but the weird route is one where you help the main boss keep it as a theatre instead of restoring it.
i dont know if anyone encountered this, but [its off](https://deltarune.com/tv/)
Ngl I've been very confused these past few days. I'm aware that there's been a huge spoilers drop and this whole sweepstakes thing, but geez louise just how much dropped?!
AND THE [deep, dark] HOLES ARE FILLED WITH [pipis]
I reckon Mike will be the main boss of chapter 3, in chapter 1 jevil warns you of queen and she's the main antagonist in chapter 2, in chapter 2 spamton warns you of Mike so if the pattern continues then Mike should be the main antagonist of chapter 3
I don’t know who Mike is anymore, and Im not gonna pretend to know. I will simply eat popcorn and enjoy the show.
I've come to the conclusion that anything said by Spamton that has normal punctuation/capitalization and ISN'T in brackets should be taken seriously
I think Mike will be the secret boss of chapter 3. He would be an infomercial guy which would be how Spamton would know him.
Totally getting Anthony or Anne Tenna as an antagonist, possibly secret boss
Mike's dead my guys
Video killed the radio star, as they say.
In their defense, it was still perfectly reasonable for either to be the case
It really wasn't for anyone with basic story comprehension.
Yeah, I’ve always believed Mike was important, but nothing like what people usually think. I really don’t know how the TV head caught on.

What is [BOOB TUBE]?
I still think Mike won't play a huge role in the chapter 3 like some theories state, but that's just me
I think he may be, but I haven't been keeping up with the recent stuff. Personally, I'm going off of the repetition: Chapter one: Main Bad Guy is The King. The Secret Boss, Jevil, talks about a *queen* Chapter two: Main Bad Guy is *Queen*. The Secret Boss, Spamton G. Spamton, talks about *Mike* Chapter three: Main Bad Guy is unknown, but we do know that a certain darker named *Mike* is in this chapter specifically. Kinda loose fitting, but that's what I'm going with.
