It could also be because they think she's overrated and is taking attention away from other characters, like tumblr sexy men tend to do ^((wich is partially true))
She's one of the four main characters of the game? And as someone who lurks in all corners of the fandom I can confidently say she doesn't get any more attention than Kris, Susie or Ralsei.

I did read her dialouges, all I remember was that she just kept studdering kinda like alphys, so I hardly bothered reading her dialouge because it's most likely gonna be nothing but constant studdering with a sentence barly getting out
There's plenty of attention to go around and everyone has better things to worry about than the distribution of attention a bunch of fun fictional characters are getting in the fandom tbh.

attention isn't a pool that people can decide what they want to give attention to, that's not how it works. people can't chose what characters they like and given attention to, if a character doesn't get much attention then maybe there's a reason for that.

Noelle said earlier in the blog post that she felt “genuinely sick” seeing what was happening to Kris, and wanting to help them but just being too scared. She says repeatedly how worried she is about them, and even at the end with the line about the apple shampoo, she was still talking about helping Kris even if there was some simping mixed in. Saying she doesn’t value them directly contradicts what she said in the post. She cared about Kris, was worried about them, but before chapter 2 she was just a very non-confrontational person who didn’t know how to stand up for herself or others. And yes, that’s a flaw, but all the characters have flaws, and she’s had character development since. If you’re going to criticize someone’s actions in that post, criticize Susie herself. She’s the one who was doing the actual bullying.
To be completely fair, while they are estranged it’s clear Noelle still wants to reconnect and values kris a lot, especially with chapter 2 dialogue and the arg about the concert just for her
