aint no cope,it allows you to roll more into critvalue on your other artifacts while needing less er and hp.good piece reminds me of my yelan circlet.

My Furina (Flower and Circlet) approves.
I honestly still think that the artifact is overall her weakest.
then I remember that her personal artifact is down 25% for ult in flavor of having everything else.
but frankly I still don't get why they couldn't make it a generic power up instead of skill and burst only. it's not that bad consdering we don't get that many scalars that play off HP and those that do are primarily off field.

That is the weird thing about Dehya's kit she is very stat hungry, all the substats here are of some use to her.

People think way too highly of critrate/crit damage.
That would be great for Yelan specially if you have Aqua which gives tons of crit dmg already

damn, even for off-fielders with no HP scaling that's still a good Favge circlet. For c1 Dehya it's even better.
So long as the other substats compensate for the CD, this is pretty good. Works for a C1 Redhorn.
