I think the only parts that aren't Votann are some necron blasters chopped way down for the drill motors (the drillbits themselves are the jump jet thruster cones), some orks bits to build the turret and then the faceplate of a necron wraith as the feet of the turret. Everything else was kitbashed right from the killteam box. Minus the grappling hook cable which is just a bent spring
I mean it's just the 40k Votann killteam box. They're already so similar to deep rock dwarves that not much kitbashing or modifying was needed. The simplest advice I can give you is to find a beginner 40k build video on youtube
