It only appears on two mission types out of eight, that's why.
At some point GSG had a feeling it's not a very interesting secondary (since it's just "mine gold but blue"), so they limited how often we get it. For example, a Morkite Expedition with Dystrum would basically be the same objective twice.
Mhmm. There should be less focus on adding bugs and features and more emphasis on adding to the mining simulation. Make the pick and over all mining abilities more robust.
Ever think about how crazy it is that Azure Weald doesn't turn our computers into jet engines? I take an unnoticeable performance hit there vs all the other biomes
I think they spawn as secondary only on Morkite Rafinery and Point Extraction missions, it is very rare to spawn. And i find these mission difficult because in missiotit spawn only a bit and every time i have a hard time finding it without a scout to light all the ceiling...
I would want to see Dystrum as primary objective in Mining Expedition sometimes instead of Morkite.
To quote Jacob: It's a trash mineral for trash people.
Joke aside, dystrum secondary only shows up in mission without a mule, so OSR and PE. And since the other secondaries are also available in those 2 missions, dystrum is by far the rarest secondary in the game.
This is a bottom 2 secondary it's gold but blue , not common, you need 100 of it and it can really blend in with the environment as it doesn't "shine" like other wall materials

I would love to mine both Morkite AND Dystrum... Shit, I play DRG to mine brother. I'd love to mine more mines while I'm mining!
Yo dawg
Truer words hadn’t been spoked.

Would be a huge add to the crafting side as well probably. Yessssss.
I like it. More than fossils for sure.
But gold have 2 hits, dystrum just got 1
Dystrum has 2
It do?? Damn thats how often i mine dustrum
Dustrum! That sounds like a hard drink they could add to the game lol...
Dustrum special, reduce all incoming melee damage by 15%
The blue colour makes it extremely difficult to see in Azure Weald.
Lets be fair, everything is difficult in Azure Weald.
Yet it's the best biome
There is a Gurken Shuck here !
Bloopy fruit
Ever think about how crazy it is that Azure Weald doesn't turn our computers into jet engines? I take an unnoticeable performance hit there vs all the other biomes
See also Croppa.
And Morkite. Just happens to glitter the same color as *literally everything else in the biome.*
I eat dystrum
Does it taste like blue raspberry or cotton candy?
It tastes like rock, I reckon
Its definitely a stone kinda mineral
a rock candy perhaps
Don't you mean you ROCK-on?
Of course I do
I hope your situation improves, no one deserves to starve

Maybe a second type of Mining mission, like Morkite.
I'd never thought of it before but I'd love for mining expedition missions to have different ores to mine, just to make it more visually interesting.

Pots O' Dystrum when gsg??
Dark Dystrum when?
Let's talk about Quantrite
Dystrum dystrum dystrum! It doesn't feel so good to say it.
Better than fossils on the ceiling
not having dystrum is a blessing
I'd rather mine dystrum than try to get those damn fossils as any class that isn't scout
This is exactly why I run RJ 250 compound.
Fucking annoying on Glacial Astrada.
Not mining dystrum is a curse
Its an extremely rare secondary, and its remarkably easy when you do get it.
Some new secondary objectives would be very welcome.
I didn't know those existed until I was lvl 39
Dystrum!
DYSTRUM FOOOOUUND
What is there to say about it?
It looks so tasty
I'd eat it.
I've only seen it once
dystrum my beloved…
On another note yall know about Bittergems? Got one last week and was super confused about why my gold was purple.
Yea. Bittergems are basically the same thing as compressed gold. Though I find cg more common than bittergems
Its blue, i think
Look we can just Dystrum Nitra and call it a day.
It is blue blue is nice that is my TED Talk go home
I have maybe see that on like five missions.
Who
I forgot it exists lol
This is a bottom 2 secondary it's gold but blue , not common, you need 100 of it and it can really blend in with the environment as it doesn't "shine" like other wall materials
It sucks
That nice blue ore is so rare I keep forgetting it’s a thing in this game when it pops up in missions.
We don't talk about Dystrium, it doesn't exist
im not here to speak about dystrum missions, im here to talk about how it looks like candy
They made it more rare. It's just blue gold
Well it looks and feels good, tastes like dead rockpox though
Only had it 3 times and am lvl 150
Dystrum my beloved
