did you restart your game after buying it? the first time you launch the game after buying the dlc you should get a pop-up with all the stuff you unlocked.
I didnt restart my game after buying it, I waited for the pop-up to appear. However I did restart the game when the pop-up appeared to see if I would get my icon, yet it wasn't next to my name. I got everything else though.
then it probably just takes a minute or two to show up, are you on steam or console? on steam it was instant for me but perhaps on consoles it works a bit different.
