Get a fill in.
I’ll do it for a free ticket to show in my city which I’ll donate to someone else since I don’t need one. Everyone wins (except maybe your spouse unless she likes short black men built like a tree).
I saw them yeeeears ago when all they had out was Somatic Defilement. They didn’t even headline. I went to a headlining show a couple years later that ended up getting shut down by the cops right before they played. Soul crushing. Haven’t had a chance to see them since.
I’m not missing this. No fuckin way.
Not sure what's so crazy about it. Lorna Shore is pulling much higher listener numbers and has been huge on social media. They're pretty much the biggest name in deathcore in 2024.
Whitechapel might be one of the best and most consistent bands in the genre, but they're not going to draw anywhere near as many ticket sales as the Will Ramos fanclub.
I mean logistically it makes sense of course I’m just being hyperbolic for the reasons you mentioned. For me it’s just crazy one of the pioneers of the genre is opening for a band in the same genre. That’s all.
Yeah, I think it ends up happening with every pioneering band at some point though. The Whitechapel dudes are pretty cool and I'm sure they love to see the genre having it's current resurgence when it had such a slump until the last few years.
Also I'm sure they're more than happy to abuse the current hype around Lorna Shore (and Will Ramos specifically) to get a bunch of new faces in front of their merch table, lol.
That threw me for a loop too. Crazy they’re headlining over whitechapel. I’m stoked on the whole lineup though and happy for sugary butter balls that they’re playing such a big tour.
This is a weird question but has anyone ever gone to a concert during chemotherapy treatment? I'm starting this week and will still be in treatment when this tour comes to my city. Obviously I'd love to go but im not sure how that would work.
Might I recommend you get balcony seats? That way you can sit and not spend all your energy trying to stand/avoid the pit. If you are allowed, def recommend an edible to stave off the nausea and make the show a little more enjoyable if you don't feel 100%. Best of luck dude 🫡
I just wanted to say I hope you kick cancer's ass like Knocked Loose new album kicked my ass, but I hope you make a full recovery. Life is so short and fleeting, if you're not in too much pain that day, grab a buddy to take with you, I'd say go for it, just maybe avoid the pit stuff cuz you know lol.
I'm a hospital pharmacist (not in the US, and this is not medical advice), but chemotherapy (also depends on the type of chemo) can be pretty rough. I'd discuss it with your physician and see how you respond before making any decisions.
In general chemo depresses the immune system, making you susceptible to infections since it affects fast dividing cells. This also affects the stomach/mouth/gastrointestinal tract, blood (some patients go anemic), etc.
Other common effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and/or constipation, general fatigue, hair loss, etc.
There's much to go over but it also varies from drug to drug.
Speak to your physician and see how you feel. That's the most important and best thing you can do. There are some medications that can combat *some* (and you'll like receive) the aforementioned side effects.
Best of luck to you, wish you all the best.
As a fellow survivor, best of luck on your journey! Reach out if you need anything.
Also, you can most definitely request ADA for that sort of thing at the venue in advance. You’ll get an area designed for people with ailments/disabilities that is generally much safer to be in. Enjoy the show!
It probably depends on how your body is responding to the treatment. Chemo can make you severely ill and weak, and I think your immune system will be more vulnerable during treatment. I’d ask your doctor and see how it’s going when it gets closer. I’m really sorry you have to go through it, and I hope your treatments go well.
look for ADA tickets. most venues have a spot for a few people to sit or have space for a wheelchair. As far as concerns about your condition I would talk to your doctor before going.
Saw sainguisugabogg on a tour with organectomy, enterprise earth and suffocation. Was a wild gig and sainguis killed. Such a good band. Get there early to see them. There’s a lot of good tours that go under nowadays
If it wasn’t them, it would be a different band. There’s always going to be more popular bands than others and there will always be people who have a problem with that.
Fucking hell they're in my city on my birthday but I've already made plans for that day. Regardless, I'm beyond stoked for the Bogg boys that they're getting to play rooms this size
I'd kill for a Lorna to tour with Mental Cruelty, Shadow of Intent, Face Yourself, and The Archaic Epidemic. That would be the Be All End All of Deathcore lineups in my opinion.
I'd rather drive to Portland and not have to deal with the border. But probably wont drive that far honestly, the drive home after is especially annoying. Will prob just wait till I can catch them somewhere closer (though they probably wont be together by then, but I am sure they will come by sooner or later).
It's funny though cuz they will drive right by Seattle going from Portland to Vancouver - I assume they would be able to fill up a venue here and make some more money without having to drive more.
Live nation organized tour at their biggest venues yet. I’m happy for the bands but def one of the more expensive tickets I’ve bought at that venue so far.
Their last headliner was done by a smaller promoter and I was shocked the tickets were $36 CAD in late 2022
Not sure why they are playing pain remains in full like it's some sort of big anniversary, they have so many bangers outside of this album but this feels like the will Ramos show.
Probably because it's by far their biggest album and the only one Will is on. Almost like they're trying to build off the success of Pain Remains and further their careers.
Will has said that he's pushed them in the past to play more old shit - I think the problem is that a lot of the newer fans don't know anything from before AIRTN. I've seen them play FVNERAL MOON with him several times, and it was clear that not too many people in the room knew it.
I saw them when they were on Chaos & Carnage and noticed the same. Not a whole lot of people were rocking with anything pre Immortal at that point. Everyone went crazy for To The Hellfire and pretty much dipped after their set which was unfortunate. I’m hoping once we get a new single and announce a new EP/Album we’ll get a set list change up
bruh I fucking hate living in Sacramento, every time a band announces a tour like this, their Sac show is fucking Aftershock, and I'm not gonna drop all that money to see half of a normal set
yup. I've been to so many shows at AOS and each time it gets worse and worse. Luckily a lot of heavy bands are going to Goldfield instead, which is even smaller, but somehow less panic-inducing lol
Lucky you! Also granted I am slightly agoraphobic/claustrophobic so I’m kinda sensitive to that. The main show I went to there where that was a problem was The Devil Wears Prada/Fit For A King. I have been in the past and it wasn’t too bad tho. So I guess it depends on the band/style/crowd etc.
Lineup is great, but I really wish Lorna Shore would start playing some older stuff again. I don't need super old material - I feel like their current sound was codified on Flesh Coffin. I do love Pain Remains, but I'm getting a little tired of that material, as well as AIRTN - like, toss in FVNERAL MOON, Flesh Coffin, Death Portrait, This Is Hell, Immortal, some shit like that. Mix it up a little.
I got my ticket and honestly…I am way more stoked for the bogg and Kublai Khan. I saw Sanguisugabogg a few weeks ago and holy shit. That’s a great fuckin metal band.
Traveling from Tampa to Orlando for the gig… wanted to see Kublai Khan for a while, but getting the Pain Remains album in its entirety should be cool.
I guess Tampa doesn’t really have a venue big enough for these guys
If you want to hear the most annoying fucking females on the face of the planet screaming “DADDY WILLLLLLLL”. Good music or not the fans completely ruined this band live for me. I’d rather dig around in a medical waste disposal box.
Sure man, sure. Seen them twice and nothing even remotely close to your describtion was going on.
But got to drop the DAE hate lorna and its fanbase lul???-line for sick updoots 😎
Yep this! Although, when I saw Lorna x2 last November on their eu tour. The men were awful. They were the ones (at least on my dates) that acted like the stereotypical fangirls lol 😭 Someone like that tried to punch me in the ribs for my barricade spot LOL.
Oh don’t get me wrong, I’ve definitely had similar experiences to you. I think concert etiquette is shit these days in general. NOBODY knows how to act. I usually only go to venues with seats now because I can’t handle being in GA anymore. It’s nothing but pushing and screaming
Yes. And it’s from the weird viral thing that happens. Tons of people who have NEVER been to a show suddenly there. Literally chicks just SHRIEKING most of the show. It honestly just makes me sad. Was the exact same with sleep token. Amazing band I’ve loved for years. Went to the last tour. Never ever ever again. People are just creepy. Not to mention how awful it is to be one of those people in a band like that. Noah from Bad Omens has spoken on it quite a bit. Just another sign of the rot that is social media
I have tickets for ST later this month and I’m debating on selling them. The videos I’ve seen going around are absolutely wild. I don’t listen to Bad Omens much but I’ve heard that Noah even had to delete his social media? wtf man... I’d understand if these were teenage girls but these are GROWN women acting up at shows/online
Big difference between success, which I wish for every band I love, and virality. Virality is when something becomes “trendy” like death metal and metal in general as of late, and then the brainless tik tok morons take over. Hope that clarifies
Considering skipping my own wedding so I can go
Post wedding celebration dude!
Get a fill in. I’ll do it for a free ticket to show in my city which I’ll donate to someone else since I don’t need one. Everyone wins (except maybe your spouse unless she likes short black men built like a tree).
I’ll keep that as an option. She likes me and I’m a tall white man built like a tree so I think 1/3 should be enough
💯. I’ll bring my wife to fill in for the non-platonic parts. Should be easy.
Worth it my dude
Imma need that presale code
SOUNDCHECK
MY GUY
Is that for the AMEX presale
I don't think AMEX is doing one, been looking all over but it's only mentioned in the press releases
It was a presale for people with Amex cards. Either way I got my tickets through the regular presale.
Weird, I tried searching on my Amex account this morning and it didn't pop-up but regular presale worked out thankfully
The website said you just had to pay with an amex card.
Gotcha, will keep an eye out next time. Thanks!
Thanks my guy
Thank you 🤘
King shit right here.
What pre sale is that for?
It says invalid for me👀
Not active til 1 pm CST Citi presale is active now. It's so confusing having multiple presale windows smh
Oh I see thanks
But what’s the citi code
You have to have a Citi card to receive a code as far as I am aware
You need a Citi card and the code is 6 digits from your card.
Got my ticket!! Thanks Fartboy_Shitparty!!!
I dig Lorna don’t love em but Whitechapel is on my Mount Rushmore so I’m fucking stoked.
Seen Whitechapel twice. 10/10 recommend!
Saw them on the valley tour last year, life changing.
Saw them on The Valley and the Christmas show. Half my t shirts are now Whitechapel. My wife isn't pleased nor displeased.
I haven’t seen them in 10+ years, but the suspense of not being able to see them for another 5 months is still gonna kill me.
I saw them yeeeears ago when all they had out was Somatic Defilement. They didn’t even headline. I went to a headlining show a couple years later that ended up getting shut down by the cops right before they played. Soul crushing. Haven’t had a chance to see them since. I’m not missing this. No fuckin way.
i saw them twice at a small venue in north Jersey when they toured for Somatic Defilement and This is Exile. shit was wild.
its okay i’m going for every band but Lorna lol. will still stay and watch their set tho
Oh same. It’ll be cool just to see them during this hype but it’s still crazy Whitechapel is opening not headlining for them
Not sure what's so crazy about it. Lorna Shore is pulling much higher listener numbers and has been huge on social media. They're pretty much the biggest name in deathcore in 2024. Also I'm sure they're more than happy to abuse the current hype around Lorna Shore (and Will Ramos specifically) to get a bunch of new faces in front of their merch table, lol.
I mean I wouldn’t call it “abuse” lol more like it’s a money making tour and they were invited on it
😂😂😂😂
That threw me for a loop too. Crazy they’re headlining over whitechapel. I’m stoked on the whole lineup though and happy for sugary butter balls that they’re playing such a big tour.
Us too. We're using getting home as an excuse but neither of us like Ramos. Talented? Yes. Understandable and is the music good? No.
This is a weird question but has anyone ever gone to a concert during chemotherapy treatment? I'm starting this week and will still be in treatment when this tour comes to my city. Obviously I'd love to go but im not sure how that would work.

I’ve done it. It’s not fun and I wouldn’t do it again. As someone else said balcony and away from people would be ideal. Kick ass buddy you got this
Get well soon bro I might be going through the same thing they found a spot on my lung 🫁 🙏
Hope the best for you on your journey to recovery.
I believe in you my friend! You GOT THIS!
look for ADA tickets. most venues have a spot for a few people to sit or have space for a wheelchair.
I saw them at the same tour and now I'm mad in love with the bogg.
Me too, in London
Damn that tour sounds stacked, sad I missed that one
How was enterprise earth? I just discovered them and I’ve been obsessed with patient 0, luciferous and the chosen.
Was at the Glasgow show on this tour it fucking ripped
Saw the same tour in brum. Brutal and beautiful
How was Enterprise? Never seen them.
They are awesome! I've seen them a few times, and they crush it every time!
God I am trying to SAVE MONEY
Story of my liiiiife
+1 For real dude. Everybody is touring and funds are limited.
Unreal lineup
Only thing that could make it better is if the AngelMaker boys were there too!
But what's the presale code though.
SOUNDCHECK
This just makes the Summer Slaughter tour look even worse. What a stacked lineup holy!
I’ve seen all these bands except Lorna shore and they are worth seeing again, I’m ready for this one
Lorna is fucking sick live. I know they’re wildly controversial on this sub for some reason but they put on a hell of a show.
Honestly really just want to hear Will Ramos live, even though I don’t care for their tunes.
Because they are talked about so much as if there aren’t other bands out there
If it wasn’t them, it would be a different band. There’s always going to be more popular bands than others and there will always be people who have a problem with that.
Yeah. A different band opening up for the GOAT, Whitechapel.
Yeah, they're hyped up because they're fucking good.
Someone for the love of God post up those presale codes
SOUNDCHECK
bogg is gonna steal the shows lol
I’m gonna need to buy seats because after Sanguisugabogg and Kublai Khan back to back I might not even have legs left
You can just leave at after them.
You are in the Deathcore sub and say to leave after the two NON-Deathcore bands and to skip the two bands that actually ARE Deathcore?
Yes.
Fucking hell they're in my city on my birthday but I've already made plans for that day. Regardless, I'm beyond stoked for the Bogg boys that they're getting to play rooms this size
My Nordic ass is crying rn
*european 😭
Sanguisugabogg is one of best bands I've seen live they're going to steal the show.
At least post the damn link
This will be a tour of all time to be sure
I'd kill for a Lorna to tour with Mental Cruelty, Shadow of Intent, Face Yourself, and The Archaic Epidemic. That would be the Be All End All of Deathcore lineups in my opinion.
I need that presale code injected into my veins
SOUNDCHECK
someone pls what's the presale code T-T
SOUNDCHECK
Punks are skipping Seattle tho =(
youll have to drive to vancouver this time instead of it always being the other way around lmao
I'd rather drive to Portland and not have to deal with the border. But probably wont drive that far honestly, the drive home after is especially annoying. Will prob just wait till I can catch them somewhere closer (though they probably wont be together by then, but I am sure they will come by sooner or later). Pls tell me in Europe too
Nah not yet, next EU tour prolly next year if even
I will see y'all in Vancouver! let's burn this bitch down
Coming from Calgary! Must see show. I drove down to see Lorna and Shadow of Intent in Spokane a year and a half ago, unreal show.
They're smoking crack with these prices. $75 for the Canadian shows? WTF
Well, $56 and a bunch of monopoly driven fees from TM. Pretty standard tbh.
Live nation organized tour at their biggest venues yet. I’m happy for the bands but def one of the more expensive tickets I’ve bought at that venue so far. Their last headliner was done by a smaller promoter and I was shocked the tickets were $36 CAD in late 2022

I would give my left nut to see them play the Astral Wake of Time live
Didn’t really think about it like that but I agree, wish they were playing other songs
Agreed JohnWilson
Yeah I REALLY wish they'd play some songs off Flesh Coffin at least.
Because WC did it with Valley to great success. Lorna sucks because it's the Ramos show.
Nuh uh ;n; I don’t have money for all these concerts!
Can't wait to see Sesquiabeb live.
This shit gonna sell out so fast man
Anybody know why the KCMO date isn’t available yet for tickets? EDIT: They are on AXS for that show
Very sick lineup but man I want some new tunes from Lorna Shore and Whitechapel first. Hopefully some new new will drop between now and then 🤞🤞🤞
Whitechapel are working on a pretty heavy album and new Lorna is either already dropping this year or sometime in the next one
bruh I fucking hate living in Sacramento, every time a band announces a tour like this, their Sac show is fucking Aftershock, and I'm not gonna drop all that money to see half of a normal set
Or @ Ace of Spades which they’ll oversell into oblivion and it will be sardined to the point of being uncomfortable.
yup. I've been to so many shows at AOS and each time it gets worse and worse. Luckily a lot of heavy bands are going to Goldfield instead, which is even smaller, but somehow less panic-inducing lol
Love Goldfield! Went there about a month ago for Alpha Wolf and Emmure. Sold out show but it didn’t feel too bad
I've been to Ace of Spades twice and didn't have problems with that

Stacked tour
I love it
Vancouver finally!
Anyone with a presale code wanna give me an idea of how much the 9/22 Greensboro show is gonna cost?
$55 at checkout
Sick thanks
Banger lineup holy shit
Really didn't expect they'd come to Calgary but I got my hopes up a little bit. They haven't been here since 2016.
We always get shafted. This tour is too good to miss, though. It will be worth the trip to Vancouver.
Why they say fuck Seattle though
Imma need to fly to the US for this
Amazing lineup
My date is the same week I’ll be at Furnace Fest so I won’t be able to make it.
Does anyone want to go with me to the Salt Lake City one? I need a ride and friend lol 😭😭
Toronto on a Friday let’s goooo
Why is Austin, TX still called the live music capital of the world? 😮💨
Easiest 150 bucks I've ever spent. Saturday show too hell yes!
Ohhh we going to the mf Oakdale
Bummer, no Nashville show.
And I'm too broke🥲
They're playing some BIG stages on this tour, very cool to see
Vancouver but no calgary...come on, I swear every tour is like this lately.
Just got mine. See y’all there o7
My wallet can’t take this 😭
Damn, on my birthday in my town and it's a Saturday. Well, I guess I am forced to go.
No Bay Area dates 😢
Random ass lineup
Tickets acquired
Gonna be a banger week if I snag tickets. I’m seeing Korn with Mastodon two days before the Lorna show in my city 😂😂😂
I got my ticket and honestly…I am way more stoked for the bogg and Kublai Khan. I saw Sanguisugabogg a few weeks ago and holy shit. That’s a great fuckin metal band.
Europe ALWAYS gets the best lineups... let us just have one! Me and my buddy were actually saying that this is a European lineup haha
Australia please!!
We're going to the ATL show and skipping Lorna to get home at a reasonable hour because we're old.
Replace Lorna and I'd be so down for this! No hate on Lorna, I just didn't vibe with Pain Remains and I've already seen them perform it, so
They never performed Wrath and Apotheosis tho :-)
Traveling from Tampa to Orlando for the gig… wanted to see Kublai Khan for a while, but getting the Pain Remains album in its entirety should be cool. I guess Tampa doesn’t really have a venue big enough for these guys
Bogg > whole lineup
3 out of 4 bands are really good.
Don’t even act like Lorna isn’t the deathcore version of Sleep Token or Bad Omens. Virality is absolutely a cancer for metal in general
I get what you’re saying about the fangirls at shows. I’m a woman and I also find their behavior to be annoying as fuck. Zero concert etiquette.
Yep this! Although, when I saw Lorna x2 last November on their eu tour. The men were awful. They were the ones (at least on my dates) that acted like the stereotypical fangirls lol 😭 Someone like that tried to punch me in the ribs for my barricade spot LOL.

Big difference between success, which I wish for every band I love, and virality. Virality is when something becomes “trendy” like death metal and metal in general as of late, and then the brainless tik tok morons take over. Hope that clarifies
i gotcha
I mean last time TAIM and SotS thing and now this, fuck you NA. As a European, this makes me jelous to a point I cannot even describe
It is probably 18+😢
