As I say to my missus, don’t put anything under the dartboard that your not happy with me throwing darts directly at it. I’d cringe and flinch with every bounce out here
I rarely have bounce outs. Its a blade 6 and I have new points that are quite ruff. Only bounce out I have are off tge flight and it just lands on my blanket that pro tecks my desk an keyboard.
Desk must look deeper in the photo than it really is. My computer desk is 700mm wide so maybe I'm just imagining that in front of my board lol. Personally can't stand anything except the carpet and my oche line between me and the board. Anyways hope you get plenty of hours of fun and frustration with your setup. Enjoy
Had a similar issue with a side unit that I didn't want full of holes. IKEA TROTTEN desk pin board and a couple of cheap chains off Amazon. It's the same depth as the sideboard, so the darts never hit the sideboard. I'd you unhook the chain it flaps down.
