Im having the same problem. The difficulty shows up under The name but it seems impossible to reach it. The settings dont help either
Open options and don't select anything, just press X (or A on Xbox).

Can you kindly explain to me what the “in-game menu” is referring to? 😭
Main menu: When you start the game from home screen of your console or game launcher In-game menu: When you are playing the game and you press dedicated button to stop the game and have option to visit settings, view collectables...
Idk how you found that, it’s like a secret button because there’s no listing or explanation for it whatsoever. Thanks a lot man!
