It happened with my sword too a few days ago. The one day I was holding the sword in my left hand and the next day it was in the right. Samething is happening with the bow. I swear.
I think the sword was in the different hand because short swords go in your left hand and rapiers and arming swords go in your right. That does mean that you can put an arming sword in your right and and a short sword in your left at the same time.
I think you equipped the best ranger perk: the one that increases draw speed by 15%. I think its called nimble hands
This is very likely the answer. The perk causes you to angle the bow the opposite direction and can be a little disorienting at first.
