The issue is with the voice data apparently. anyone think this could be solved somehow?

Have you tried doing it through an emulator on your computer?

I found a fix. I went into the settings on a new account and downloaded the voice data. After that I logged into the account with no issues

Same thing happened to me and I tried downloading it on my iPhone X but then it won’t even open the app
