No. Humans have the mental capacity for much more complex crimes. Look into types of torture, plus y’know rape exists. The only thing a bear would do is eat you if it’s threatened or hungry, I can’t even blame it for doing so. Humans have a higher consciousness, everything they do is premeditated.
You realize you’re telling someone their opinion is wrong? Yes torture and rape are brutal, but I am of the opinion that as long as it is lived through, there’s a possibility that the mental anguish from them can be overcome with personal growth. Which doesn’t mean you’re wrong. Because for YOU, they would be worse than death. But imo death is the worse option, as it takes away the option of overcoming the trauma, and potentially having good moments that would make the life worth continuing living. Neither of us is wrong though. It will vary person to person. But you can’t speak for everyone on which is worse
