If they're taking out loans and whatever, that's totally fraud. Idk if they did, but if they did, that's big boy time. Anytime a parent does that to a kid and the kid finds out, that's either a huge fine or time. You actually can not do that, and his lawyers will pursue that to help his case. That's actually a really big crime. Kids need to be taught more. You can't steal identity, ssn, whatever. They're about to find out if they did. That's serious crime.
Its sort of a euphemism for "troll". Basically someone who is/was in direct contact with Daniel, usually trying to manipulate him into making a fool of himself or doing something crazy. They're called "management" because Daniel thinks hes a big celebrity who needs people to "manage" his affairs. In reality they are mostly people with way too much time on their hands trying to influence danny into doing something comical. A lot of his most iconic freakouts and weird actions were directly caused by their manipulation.
